Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and wyn8 ("Platform"). These Terms govern access to and use of all services, game products, account functions and content provided through the wyn8 platform.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or simply browsing the wyn8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the wyn8 platform.

These Terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and will continue to apply until they are amended or terminated by wyn8. The latest version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all previous versions.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use wyn8 services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• Resident in Malaysia or holding permission to access online gambling services in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
• Not previously banned or excluded from any lawful gambling platform.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any active self-control or self-exclusion programme.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. wyn8 may request verification documents such as a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or passport for identity verification purposes.

User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one wyn8 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or financial information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and full forfeiture of balances.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. This includes keeping their username and password confidential, and ensuring that no other party uses the account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Notify wyn8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly for security.
• Ensure that the registered email address remains active and accessible at all times.

wyn8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to a user's negligence in safeguarding their login details.

Deposits and Withdrawals

wyn8 provides a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for payments made via cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

wyn8 does not deduct any processing fees from user transactions. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside wyn8's control.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the registered user. wyn8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional security review.

Bonuses and Promotions

wyn8 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. Users are responsible for understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional terms that apply to all wyn8 bonuses:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user, device, or IP address.
• wyn8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value while the bonus is active.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback and periodic offers have their own terms stated separately.

Game Rules

The wyn8 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and table games. Each game category has specific rules available within the relevant game interface.

All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generation (RNG) system or, for live casino games, by supervised live dealers. wyn8 cannot modify or influence the outcome of any game once a round has started.

• Any result issued by the game system is final and cannot be disputed on grounds unrelated to a provable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, all affected bets will be voided and funds returned to the user's account.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. wyn8 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the wyn8 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Opening multiple accounts or using a false identity during registration.
• Committing fraud, falsifying information or submitting invalid verification documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any automation method to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system for unfair gain.
• Conducting money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system with low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience in live games or chat rooms.

Account Termination

Users may close their wyn8 account at any time by contacting customer service via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

wyn8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any term in this document.
• wyn8 receives instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory body.
• The user's account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The user is found to be below the minimum age requirement.

Following account closure, wyn8 will return the actual cash balance (excluding bonuses) to the user via the same payment method, subject to any necessary investigation.

Data Protection

wyn8 collects, stores and processes users' personal data in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy. Information collected is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement.

wyn8 will not sell, rent or disclose users' personal data to third parties without user consent, except where required by law or by instruction from a lawful authority. For more information, please refer to the wyn8 Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

wyn8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruption. wyn8 is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Service disruption due to system maintenance, natural disasters or circumstances beyond wyn8's control.
• Loss or damage to data resulting from unforeseen third-party cyberattacks.
• Financial outcomes experienced by users as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Actions or failure to act by third-party payment providers.

In any circumstances, the maximum liability of wyn8 to any user shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Amendments to Terms

wyn8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when the latest version is published on this page. Notice of material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or through in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the wyn8 platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the amendments, they should stop using the platform and close their account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wyn8 holds its operating licence. wyn8 operates under a valid international licence and complies with the relevant regulatory requirements.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the wyn8 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mutually agreed arbitration or through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by wyn8's licensing authority.
